Himalaya Sanjeevani goes through a unique 9-stage water purification process, including Reverse Osmosis, Ozonation and Re-mineralisation. This treatment process is so exhaustive, it ensures complete elimination of all visible and invisible toxic contaminants and micro-organisms. Bottles undergo a 4-stage rinsing and sanitation process to ensure thorough cleaning of the bottles before refilling them.

4. Automation

Himalaya Sanjeevani is made in a state of the art, fully automatic, American water processing and bottle filling machine. This automation ensures uncompromised water processing day after day and uniform rinsing, filling and capping of the bottles without any human touch.
